Cassandra is good at connecting the right people. She is passionate about people and their careers and genuinely enjoys advising and assisting them in securing the next step, or for her clients, the best available candidate. After 6 years of external agency recruitment in Sydney, London and Brisbane, and 18 months spent as an internal recruiter for Fluor Australia, Cassandra has learned that a recruitment strategy needs to be tailored, flexible and cost effective.
Cassandra and Sarah-Jeanne have been looking for the right time to join forces since meeting a few years ago. Having worked on ‘both sides of the fence’, Cassandra believes that this model is the way forward: a hybrid solution created out of the benefits of agency recruitment and internal recruitment.
Once a competitive swimmer, Cassandra is hugely passionate about health and fitness, swimming, ‘gymming’ and practicing bikram yoga regularly. Cassandra is also on her way to becoming a fully accredited dog trainer, working part time with one of Brisbane’s premier dog training schools.
